| Don’t slice the image into a lot of slices
because it will increase the total size of the
files. While marking the
image, try to select the areas of the same color
and areas with less amount of colors.
Sliced and saved as GIF
image contains much more colors than each slice.
In other words, if you can save N slices of an
image as 32-colors GIFs, you will get the image
with 32xN colors maximum. With Image
Splitter you can save your image in GIF format
using more than 256 colours.
Use cursor coordinates shown
in a status-bar to make your marking more
precise.
Image Splitter can place in
"no image" slice text string or text
hyperlink. Their properties are defined by URL,
Alternate, text, Target fields.
Color of the text is defined
by values of the following tags:
<body
bgcolor="#000000"
text="#FFFFFF" link="#C0C0C0"
vlink="#C0C0C0"
alink="#0000FF">.
